Richard Chit Nyi Nyi Chitty (Fairfax County Police)
A man handed a teller a note at the bank in the 6800 block of Old Dominion Drive at about 9:35 a.m. and left with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to a news release from the Fairfax County Police.
The man drove away in a silver Honda Civic going north on Route 123, police say.
Within about 10 minutes, officers found a Honda fitting the description provided by witnesses.
Police arrested Richard Chit Nyi Nyi Chitty, 34, of McLean. He was charged with robbery.
During the robbery, no weapon was seen. No injuries were reported to police.
Someone needs to beat the Chit Nyi Nyi Chitty out of him.
Doesn’t look Amish.

McLean is a seemingly quiet, sleepy suburb. It is next to the CIA. It has many very wealthy residents, including foreign diplomatic types. It is very secure.
You don’t see too many bumper stickers, except for Naval Academy and UVA. Not much visible pretention. Just be nice. Good place.
After signing up two million fake accounts it wouldn’t bother me if they got robbed and no one was hurt.

Yep. He didn't quite figure out that you need a second getaway car to switch into stashed in a parking lot a couple miles away from the robbery site.

A guy robbed the bank right across the street from the City Hall I used to work at. At the same time that the robber walked out of the bank and crossed the street to the City Hall parking lot, my Public Works Superintendent was walking out of the building. The bank manager saw him and yelled that the guy walking toward him had just robbed the bank. My Superintendent called 9-1-1 and followed him around the block on foot while talking to the dispatchers the whole time. The robber, who was also walking, kept turning around to tell my guy to quit following him. It was all over in about 5 minutes when the cops pulled up and arrested the idiot.
