I watched some of this. Question is. Who would have “leaked” that Trump asked Comey if he was loyal? Trump would not have, so it had to be Comey.
In that case, I would believe that Trump knew Comey was “taping” him, but Comey didn’t know Trump was taping him.
Perhaps Comey told Trump he was loyal without Trump asking him and that was the tip to Trump that Comey was trying to set him up.
Very good interview as usual. She’s known him for 30 years so she’s very good at shifting out REAL news and cr**.
Comey started leaking to the New York Times this week and the tweet about the tapes was a warning from Trump to Comey.
Trump probably recorded the phone call in which Comey told Trump that he was not under investigation.
Lester Holt just got torn up for the way he interrupted Trump in that interview. I don't see much difference between Pirro and Holt except that Pirro was smiling where Holt was glaring at Trump. DJT had a tough time getting a word in some places.
I like listening to Pirro when she's doing a monologue, but she is pretty annoying when she does an interview.
This is the scourge of our modern day media. It happens on both sides, but we really let the press get away with it when they used this tool to interview GWB and they haven't stopped. I like the Judge, but the media has lost it's manners, and comity. I am no fan of their politics and I haven't seen it in years, however PBS's Washington Week in Review and the late Tim Russert have / had the manners thing down pat. This constant question interruptis has got to stop, and in regards to the interviewer, it is not all about you.
I always appreciate Brian Lamb’s style. Pose the question then get out of the guest’s way.

Good questions, but she needed to stop interrupting, or being too pushy. Let him finish talking unless he is giving a 5 min speech like obama used to, and where we never learned anything.

I saw a snippet of a few seconds, she was worse than Hannity for interrupting.
In the snippet he said instead of press conferences he would put it on a paper with a letter head...She asked, "in writing"?...DUH!
I read that Comey had talked about the loyalty thing to other officials who decided it was OK to leak anonymously after the firing. So presumably the leak is second hand at best and really may just be he said he said lore.
