Seriously, with all of these "religious experts" determining that those who pray towards Mecca five times a day, fast during Ramadan and blow themselves up are "not Muslim", could they please make that identification before the explosion.?
I would say that not many things could happen much worse than what already had happened. Radical Islamic terrorism seems to be in the backpack of every Muslim immigrant, and children of earlier Muslim immigrants, that enter a non-Muslim country.
There is a certain mindset among the Islam world, that they have a ABSOLUTE directive to either convert the entire world to a certain hierarchy of slavery, or kill them. Nobody, ever, had that much moral authority, but there have been some few, down through the centuries of advancing civilization, who have tried to impose it.
Islam just happens to be the most successful of these various attempts to create a hive mentality, and they do it by drawing their authority from a supernatural being of apparently extremely vindictive nature.

No, “the worst thing that could happen” is more children get killed by Muslims. People are really tired of hearing this nonsense.

The man was a soldier in ISIS. He made his choice. He came from a culture where lots of people make such choices.
It is for Muslims to fix their culture. There may always be some small number of people who succumb to mental illness and go off on a killing spree. Charles Manson. Dylan Roof, the unibomber, the Virginia Tech killer. You don’t blame a culture for isolated mass murderers. It is when isolated instances turn into a trickle and then a flow that there needs to be an intervention.
Besides all this, there is reason to be believe the bomb-maker is still at large. The Muslim community needs to turn him and other suspicious characters over to law enforcement. They reveal by their actions to whom they are more loyal, whether it is law-abiding British people or Muslim murderers. As President Trump says, we should only allow people into this country who love us. When Jesus was asked, who is your neighbor, he said those who act like your neighbor. Potentially, this is everybody. In actuality, it isn’t.
