Obama’s stunt, calling a major treaty a “climate accord” and then not sending it to the Senate for confirmation, means it has no legal force at all within the United States. Unless some black-robed thug again oversteps his bounds, Obama can just walk away.

We drop out which means the Paris Accord has a 99.3% effectiveness, so our dropping out shouldn't really affect the made up, possible, maybe, pretty sure so called prevention of the Earth's Temperature increase of .2% Degrees Celcius.
Without our .6 Percent participation, most but not all of that projected temperature increase will never happen. Maybe .001% can be blamed on that awful President Trump.
Merkel and Juncker say that:
