The Republican National Committee took a shot at MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Wednesday, calling it the “leader of the pack for the worst case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.”
“Once a respected forum for intelligent discourse, the program has turned into 3 hours of far-left hysteria, filled with more faux scandal and innuendo than a bad episode of Gossip Girl,” the email released by the RNC Wednesday said.
The show, hosted by Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, refused Wednesday to discuss the controversy surrounding Kathy Griffin’s photo shoot involving a mock beheading of President Trump. However, the show did decide to discuss a misspelled tweet by Trump, something the RNC picked up on.
“According to a rough review of this morning’s program, the crew spent the majority of the show discussing misspelled tweets, White House staffing plans, uncorroborated Russia stories, and the supposed horror of President Trump giving his cell phone number out,” the email by RNC Deputy Communications Director Michael Reed said.
Reed notes that they spent “little to no time” on the lack of evidence of collusion between Trump’s campaign and Russia or on how leaks are hurting national security.
“And, if you were tuning in to get a substantive update on health care or tax reform negotiations, good luck,” the email says.

The spirit of a person is often displayed in their facial features. To my mind, Joe’s little squinty pig eyes have always been an “amber caution light” to me. Even in earlier times, when he halfheartedly tried to pose as a conservative; a pose he’s totally abandoned, of late.
If you were to watch Joe regularly, you’d swear there must be 50,000 Russian agents in the US and manipulating US elections around the clock.
Sean Hannity and his guest yesterday really let Joe have it. He all but called him an a hole on tv. I think the guest was Herman Cain. Whatever the words the two used, all bridges were burned. I was in the other room cooking and I heard them and started laughing. It was awesome.
It’s really a shame dead women and men DONT tell tales. It sure would help us in cleaning that swamp.
I think Joe owes America a clear explanation regarding the dead intern in his office when he was in Congress.

Lori Klausutis, 28, was not an intern. She was Constituent Services Coordinator for several years, married to an MD, with children, and active in the Catholic Church.
Joe may be very afraid that the full story of the dead intern will get revealed during the swamp draining. Most people don’t even know that it happened. The unusual departure of several promising young congressmen occurred about 20 years ago so most millenials are probably completely unaware of even that.
