Sifting through the wreckage of the 2016 election, Democratic pollsters, strategists and sympathetic academics have reached some unnerving conclusions.
What the autopsy reveals is that Democratic losses among working class voters were not limited to whites; that crucial constituencies within the party see its leaders as alien; and that unity over economic populism may not be able to turn back the conservative tide.
Equally disturbing, winning back former party loyalists who switched to Trump will be tough: these white voters’ views on immigration and race are in direct conflict with fundamental Democratic tenets.
Some of these post-mortem conclusions are based on polling and focus groups conducted by the Democratic super PAC Priorities USA; others are drawn from a collection of 13 essays published by The American Prospect.

Step 1. Schedule frequent Hillary Clinton events where she can opine on just why her Presidency was stolen from her
Stay in public. Support her every opportunity. Build her up as the future of the party.
This is the sort of thing which worries me about the Deep State, the Global Power Brokers, and the enormous money available (trillions, I think) to influence world events.
The Republicans have the Presidency, The House, The Senate, the Supreme Court, and most of the States.
The Opposition Party has nothing, is in a shambles, and has been in decline for 8 solid years.
And THE REPUBLICAN ESTABLISHMENT seems to be actively opposed to helping President Trump solve problems. My word — if we reform government, cut taxes, decrease taxation, drain the swamp and boost the national economy, US voters will KNOW that the Democrats were the problem the whole time. And yet the RINOs don’t seem to want to help the voters see the truth.
Somehow, somewhere, there is a greater power which still wants people like Hillary to run the show.

Remember that county clerk in KY that refused to sign same sex marriage certificates? What a lot of folks don’t know is that she and her husband were long time democrats.
They are republican now. This is happening all over the country. Sure, Berkeley is still highly liberal, but even some “semi-liberal” democrats have seen the light. They are not all stupid.
We are seeing, in action, the old axiom about people becoming conservative as they age. And the left has been so exposed as going around the bend that even young people, in “large enough” numbers are seeing it.
2018 will be interesting.
