She planned to use, in her words, “the pretty White girl defense.” Bond was denied. She isn’t that pretty.
Actually, (no sarcasm), this was a major hole in the clearance adjudication criteria up until this past April.
Here were the (pre-April) guidelines within the area of "loyalty:"
'
Note points 1-3 talk to "association or sympathy" -- but point 4 only talks to "involvement."
In other words, up until this past April, you could say whatever the heck you wanted, but unless you were caught doing something, an adjudicator would have been powerless to characterize the person negatively.
Here is the same section that went into force this April.
Note that "association or sympathy" is now a factor with any of the factors.
The big point is that prior to April, they couldn't consider irresponsible Fakebook posts, Tweets, and so on (public statements like on social media could demonstrate "sympathy"). Now if a person expresses "sympathy" with a violent group (like BLM, Antifa, etc), that is grounds for a far deeper look at the person, if not an outright negative adjudication.
The feds need to check out what Fantasy Loser was doing in Belize. Belize is a country in which dollars pass from entity to entity. Look for dollars to have been passed to her from people who speak various people who speak Pashto.
Paging Dolly Madison. Please pick up the white courtesy phone.
Are these the same people who will be vetting these oh so adorable “Refugees” wanting to come into our country..if that is the case mind as well blow ourselves up and call it a day
Apparently she hasn’t attended many federal detention hearings...they usually don’t go the defendant’s way. Hope she enjoys county jail for a year or so, minimum.
The premise I extend to you all, is based on the progression I have observed over time. Where will all this wind up, if we keep heading in this same direction?
We may get our borders under control in part, but we’re at the stage now where we can’t handle more people, and yet more people will be coming through legal means.
We MUST have an immigration moratorium. At the same time we need to get brutal with gangs. I consider the BLM movement to be nothing more than a racial gang. Whites are free to join as long as they support the idea they and all other Whites are racists by birth, and deserving of having their worldly possessions confiscated and or them being deprived of good jobs because them having one would be more racism.
I used to hear other say, the plan for the U.S. was to turn it into South Africa. I used to think they were crazy. No, they weren’t. The same confiscation and denials of rights for Whites in South Africa is headed to your neighborhood.
Folks, don’t sleep walk on this. It’s real.
Our universities are churning people out who believe this stuff, and there simply isn’t any push-back.
So the natural progression is for what I mentioned to come about.
As for Soros, there’s one more obvious thing that should have been addressed by now. They are happy to have him causing problems.
Nobody has suggested anything to stand up to him and his national and international efforts to create chaos damaging to Western Civilization.
He’s a one man domestic and foreign policy magnate, something that is expressly forbidden in the U.S. Constitution.
“She isnt that pretty.”
And will be less so if she gets attention from Diesel Annie and her friends.
This is a school play plain and simple. It’s all too pat. Even the name is too cute by half. I ain’t buyin’ it. This is a shiny object, watch the other hand.
Even with the TS clearance how was she able to access the info she leaked? She was a translator of Middle Eastern languages. Any TS data she had access to should have been limited only to terror investigations. She could have NO ‘Need to Know’ on Russian hacking analyses. TS data is supposed to be ‘Need to Know’ only.
So did everyone sleep through their mandatory insider threat training?
Winner’s notes allegedly contained sympathetic statements on Osama bin Laden and Taliban leader, Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansour, and referenced going to live in a number of countries including Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nepal and Mexico. Solari said that Winner had taken a three-day trip to Belize last month and had researched travelling from Atlanta to Tel Aviv in September 2017.
Solari also said that in recorded conversations from jail, Winner had told her mother to ‘play that angle’ with the press that she had been afraid for her life when FBI agents arrested her at her home. In a separate call she also told her sister that she would ‘go out and play the cute, blonde white girl. Braid my hair, going to cry.’
“So did everyone sleep through their mandatory insider threat training?”

Thank you for a very informative post.
And the good news that sanity has been reintroduced into the vetting process for those seeking security clearances.
But who has the responsibility for setting these rule?
Is it congress or the executive?
It would be a serious area of concern if a president (like Obama as an example) had the unilateral authority to just rewrite the rules or guidance
and eliminate most of the safeguards that prevent those with questionable backgrounds and loyalties from receiving security clearances.
The time is long gone when we could assume that every president, regardless of party, put the interests and well being of America and American citizens foremost.
That, to me, is the biggest unreported scandal about the whole thing. Computer systems are supposed to be designed to implement "least privilege" -- obviously, whoever designed...and accredited...this system screwed up, big time.
I wonder how many tattoos the little bimbo has?
Don't these libtards even know how to work a mirror?
What she did wrong is called "Espionage." Look it up there hyphenated Mom. It's on Google.
