Not quite the same. SS “marriage” tore the state concept of marriage out of church hands. Only a few court decisions away from being deemed equivalent to householding. Moore could have opined this and said this is the view he takes and said if you want to be married in the original sense look to a minister of the gospel not the state. Abortion always kills. Nobody must fornicate in SS marriage.

Abortion always kills.

So does execution, and that's legal.

I find your distinction pretty arbitrary.

You clearly display purposely missing the point I validly have. Abortion always murders, now are you quibbly happy? But in state marriage which is now only a few court decisions away from being householding, it is the participant’s option whether to fornicate. Nobody forces them, quibbler.

Did his choice to change the look of the rotunda step outside of the purview of the elected Chief Justice, or are you just upset at the controversy stirred up by someone willing to play offense instead of trying to win with defense?

If you’re not castigating anyone who cites the SPLC or clearly revisionist SCOTUS rulings as a source, YOU are part of the problem.

The mistake was made 1700 years ago to make the state an arm of the church. That arm must be lopped off and cast away before the church can be what God ordained it to be.

No, your point is NOT valid. It's gratuitous, as my mention of execution demonstrates.

Where you think you get the authority to conflate unconstitutional decisions that have been societally accepted from those that are being currently forced down our throat, I'd love to see.

A football offense is pretty silly if we are bowling.

Your quibble has zero bearing here.

The state set up householding in all but name. We only need to see the name fixed.

Anyone who can not distinguish between an established religion and honoring Western culture and civilization is either an anti-Western activist, or a fire-breathing cuckold.

The constitution never defined marriage. Therefore attempts to do so are extraconstitutional. Period. Would it be better to say only Baptist weddings result in a marriage?

That was the year 300... And mud slinging is not an argument.

I’M satisfied with what’s been written here to let it stand on its own.

Which it cannot. The old mistake remains an old mistake and you are the quibbler.

No, it isn't. But there's very little room for a real argument with someone who acts like they should be granted the power to define as if it were their right by birth.

A Republican running on Obamacare repeal? How novel.

Roy Moore is one of the few real Republicans.

(And a real American)

There is but one judge that is superior to Roy Moore, and you will see him briefly like the lightning that flashes across the sky from East to West.

Roy Moore knows that we must fight and win every battle; not just the easy ones.

I wouldn’t put Roy Moore in the same sentence like that with our Lord.

I am a Christian. I will be picking up others to take to church tomorrow. I will pray. I will tithe. I will worship the Lord.

I still won’t be supporting Roy Moore. There are other Christians that I believe would do a better job.
