If they really wanted to get these guys, they would DNA all immigrants and then DNA test the poop. Get those poop perps!
Nowadays the DNA testing is so fast and cheap your suggestion is actually quite feasible. It would be an incredible deterrent. All they would have to do is post pictures of the results on campus bulletin boards and that would end the practice forever (you would think, anyway).
