I might sympathize with Biden’s great reverence for his son if his OTHER son, Hunter, hadn’t ditched his own wife and kids and started banging Beau’s wife before Beau had even settled into his coffin.

That’s when Ackman blurted out “Why? That’s never stopped you before.”.....WTH? The gentleman never said a DAMN thing about Biden’s excuses or his kid? Biden was told the fix was in for Hillary, drop out and we’ll take care of you. Yeb was trying to get him to say exactly that. I think Ackman should be on Trump’s team.
Putting Ackman’s odious remark aside, would everyone out there please give the why-didn’t-you-run-Joe topic a rest — including Biden himself? Joe Biden could have run for President, and passed. Enough about his reasons. Biden is extremely rude and presumptuous when he continues to muse about how HE would have won if he had run. Say what you like about HRC — and I didn't vote for her! — but at least she had the guts to run, Joe. Stop talking about yourself.
This is not to say he didn't feel sorrow. But he did play the sad event extravagantly.
So what Ackman said was true, though yes it was unkind. And Ackman was insulting Joe Biden himself ... not his deceased son.
okay, I went to gateway, which always takes forever to load, to see why freepers were divergent on opinions. The comment was a play on Joe droning on and on. It says he was getting emotional(whatever) and I feel that was a comment to lighten the tone and actually help him out of it.
That said, my spidey sense tells me that “Uncle Joe” is not an old, kooky, handsy uncle, but an incredibly nasty prick.
He’s a hedge fund manager and therefore almost certainly an a$$hole. As such Biden should have felt an instant kinship. And telling the former VP and still resident village idiot of Washington, D.C. “Why? That’s never stopped you before” in answer to “I’ve said enough” was the kind of remark I’d love to see thrown in his face more often. SOB can dish it out but sure can’t take it.
I worked with a woman who used to work for Biden. She said he was a tyrant and very creepy with the female staff.

Biden’s deceased son disrespected John Wheeler, the West Point grad and distinguished military veteran who was responsible for getting the Viet Nam Wall built. When Beau Biden was Attorney General of the state of Delaware and John Wheeler was murdered in 2010 and his body dumped in a landfill, Beau Biden shut down the investigation after a few weeks and no answer has ever been found. Joe Biden was Vice President at the time. Wheeler was thought to be a whistleblower on some governmental “irregularities.” Maybe Julian Assange can find out, because the Bidens weren’t interested. Wonder why?
