It’s always interesting to start asking some of these tech geeks just how stuff in the phone actually works, things like which modulation system is used, what is the error detection/correction, how does the phone know what to do when a finger is placed on a certain place on the screen, etc. Blank stares.

Not much intelligence there, but they really think they know tech.

Gosh, this is what growing up watching tv programs that pummel the brain with up to 200 scene-changes p/minute does to you. Just my opinion, of course but I see it all the time with goofs like this guy (and my own son).

I managed to get through about 4 minutes before my head almost exploded and messed the carpet.
