Unbelievable. He stole this young woman’s life and RUINED his own...all in one STUPID, hasty decision.
Prayers for the young woman’s family and friends. And prayers for the young man and his loved ones. What a mess.
Extremely uncommon. Random shootings where white guys murder black females are almost statistically nil. On top of that, apparently he had a CCW. He's going away for a long time.
He needs to be made an example of. If you are a hothead behind the wheel, you should probably leave the guns at home. A$$hole was trying to merge into her lane. She wouldn't let him. Blam!
Ironically the more “he is made an example of” the bigger a display he will be in the lefty showcase.

This is a much deeper issue than road rage. Road rage would have given her the middle finger, not a bullet in the head. I’ll bet this guy is a real piece of work, with a trail of “issues” in his past.
I would be too surprised if after the merge incident the girl was waving around her middle digit and pointedly mouthing eff u. Seen more than one female do it without any like provocation.
I’d agree that this wasn’t what brought him to the edge, even if the encounter was the occasion of his going over it.
These road rage incidents always bring this Edmund Burke quote to mind:

The PA police should check if this guy ever traveled further west in the state. There was a similar road rage murder on I-70 a few years ago.

Trouble is... that was a ruse. The evil spirits wanted to be the boss.
When you have God and the devil vying for who will be exalted, there can be only one winner.
What was he thinking? He should have drove that truck into a gravel pit, ditched the gun off a bridge, and lawyered up. Maybe the dumbest guy to every shoot a person intentionally.

If you are someone who has ridden a motorcycle on our Nations roadways the past 10-15 years you understand this has gone way beyond road rage. It open warfare/combat on the highways! I have had people approaching from the opposite lane looking directly at me swerve into my lane to get as close to hitting me as possible. As I have sat at a traffic light i have had people behind me keep creepy up until the have touched the back of my bike. Many people these days turn into something less then human just for getting behind a steering wheel!
Have you listened to their music, what little I could subject myself to was full of hate, violence especially toward women, and was hypnotic in nature could easily be a reason, Then you have mood altering drugs, some legal, some not. My youngest occasionally borrows my car, and that is the crap he tunes the radio to. I set mine on our country station as they give traffic and weather reports often during the day.
Then there are all those violent games and videos they constantly watch to add to the rage of an unstable mind that never learned right from wrong as grounding factors. Add in a little booze you have a disaster in the making.

Gosh, how inconvenient it is. I know a girl is dead and all, but it doesn’t fit the common narrative. And that’s what you decide to lament. The “political inconvenience “ of it all. How compassionate and Christ-like of you.
It was probably his turn in line. The young, entitled black girl wasn’t going to let the racist cracker in.
He probably just left Walmart where he first had to weave through the 10 yr. old Lincoln Navigators parked in the fire lane directly in front of the store, driven by big, fat black ladies that have no need to use an actual parking space because all the handicapped spaces are used up anyway. Then he probably had to wait at check out since the lady at the register wasn’t moving fast enough because some fat, black lady with her five kids had to swipe a half dozen EBT cards, all the time talking loud and smacking around her unruly chillins. Then he left, while navigating through all the slobs in the fire lane again.
Tell ya what, if I hadn’t made the move from North Carolina to Maine a couple years ago, that guy could’ve been me. I am sorry the young lady is dead, there’s no excuse for what he did. But I well know how someone could be pushed to their breaking point.
