You must be new to FR. When I joined, I was told that reading the articles is definitely frowned upon.

I finally took your advice and read the article for this thread. As it turns out, the contractor was involved in a court case involving a contract dispute.
True enough, the article says ICE claims that the lawsuit wasn’t the reason for deporting the guy.
On the other hand, I’m willing to guess that if not for the dispute, ICE might never have discovered his illegal status.
Put another way, if you’re an illegal alien Irishman in Boston, I’ll bet you stand a very good chance of staying there indefinitely if you maintain a low profile and otherwise keep out of trouble.
