China’s fear is being overrun by North Koreans fleeing into its territory. While China has become an economic powerhouse and world leader, 128,000,000 people exist in dire poverty according to the World Bank. Unrest is a very real possibility that could eventually tear the country apart if economic disparity reform is not implemented and successful.
There are demographic problems surfacing too, because of the One Child policy.
The pressure from millions of refugees would tip the precarious balance it now has.
It is in China’s interest to cooperate to contain NK, or better yet, depose the Slug.
Tillerson is so real he makes Hillary or Lurch appear to ghosts or shadows. He is a true man of the world able to meet and deal with all leaders on an intellectual superior basis. They know intuitively to be on their guard.
