Another lawsuit on the part of blacks citing evidence showing that voluntary behavior on the part of blacks and whites is different.

From the same people who would charge you with racism and discrimination if you dare to put forth the idea that there are intrinsic differences, other than skin color, between the races.

Guess they never understood the concept of personal responsibility.

What’s worse is that they might win their invalid lawsuit, thanks to the profound stupidity of the out-of-work individuals who break their routine of watching the View to serve on the jury.

The game is the same one played with cigarettes 20 years ago.

Tobacco taxes were supposed to fund health costs directly incurred by smoking. This way, as people quit smoking, these costs would decline as well to match the decrease in projected tobacco tax revenue.

Well, turns out smokers didn't really cost more in health care (maybe even less) and there was $247 billion dollars that tobacco companies were on the hook for.

Someone has to spend that money!

As of now, over $100 billion has been paid out. If you want some entertainment, do a little research on who has received this money and who hasn't. Some organizations were lucky to get their hands out quickly and get rich fast.

People today are quitting smoking in record numbers. It is now a habit associated almost exclusively with poor people. One addiction that hasn't been broken is that towards tobacco tax revenue. Something will need to replace it.

Two African pastors go for the bucks. They stand strong for their low IQ followers, but wait, the pastors ain’t the brightest pair in the six pack of coke.

If the pastors’ law suit has any merit the problem can be solved rather quickly and easily. Merely disallow using food stamps for the purchase of the beverages included in the litigation. The consumption of these beverages will decline immediately. I am a taxpayer who is forced to contribute to the problem and I want my contribution to cease immediately.

NextGen Jesse Jacksons. Malt liquor and menthol cigarettes already been tapped, gotta open up a new line of cashflow.

If the money would be channeled into Medicaid reimbursement rendered to the obese it would be interesting.

McDonalds and potato chips makers in the on deck circle.

Get rid of EBT cards, and shopping in regular grocery stores period. Go back to the old days when welfare recipients went to a government facility and picked up their powdered milk, wheel of cheese, peanut butter, and died beans, and other BASIC NECESSITIES.

I object to having to foot the bill for their soda, pop tarts, and sugar-coated cereal. And then I object to having to foot the bill for their health-care issues as a result of their poor choices and bad behavior.

Any decent restaurant has healthy choices. Coffee shops abound. Alcohol is fine to beneficial in moderation.

And anyone can buy healthy food and invite others over to partake in a healthy social setting.

You really don’t believe in free will at all, do you?

Too much Sugar and processed carbs are the enemy of health and responsible for the type II diabetes epidemic. Try to consume no more than 15 grams of sugar on a daily basis.

Sue the pastors for not doing their job, preaching the Christian gospel, which is opposed to gross self-gratification.

“He who does not take up his cross and follow me will not inherit eternal life.”

What about the LGBTQABCMSNBC community?

Deport them to some Islamic country where they can bring new ideas to enlighten the governing authorities and help the culture become more progressive.

That's a big Win-Win!

I remember the penny candy counter in the neighborhood grocery when I was a kid. You could fill up a small brown paper bag with yummies. Soon I was paying for it with cavities. Now in later life, those early fillings are falling apart and require root canals. Why did our parents let us do all that when we were young?

What the pastors are doing (suing Coca Cola) is not Biblical. Time for them to look more deeply within, than without.

daily regular soda and fruit drink consumption was most common among black and Hispanic Americans.

I did not realize I was black or Hispanic.
