Thanks for the background information on Harris. The way the media has been portraying her you’d think that she WAS the “great Black hope” for America just the way Hillary was portrayed as the “Great White Liberal Hope Across all Lines” for the Democrats.
It will be interesting to see how she is continually portrayed now that she is in the running for 2020. Perhaps as the “Diversity Candidate”.

I was aware of her since she rose to San Francisco D.A., because no one gets that job without being a radical Stalinist who will never enforce the law against the elements destroying Western Civilization. 20 years ago, such a cretin could not have risen to Attorney General without being laughed out of the state. Even out here in the east, her reputation as the worst Attorney General in the United States was well-earned.
It’s sad watching the rapid deterioration of California to the point that lawless Communists like Harris can rise virtually unopposed to one of the highest offices in the nation, nevermind that she’s now considered a leading candidate for President. She should be in prison for malfeasance in office (both in SF and Sacramento).

Really ? I lived on the North Fork from 1971-1985 and it was very deep R/Conserv. then . I volunteered for the SC Repubs for the 1980 presidential election , working phones . Very rewarding experience . Never forget election night when Reagan won . Felt I did my humble bit . Glad to hear Suffolk voted for TRump .

Harris went on record opposing the nomination of Gorsuch to the Supreme Court because he would follw the law and not make his decision based on the “circumstances” of the parties in the case. In other words, the Rule of Law means nothing to this corrupt statist. She would turn us into another Venezuela.

People like Harris and so many others in her party are an existential threat to our Republic. When they swear their oath of office, they are practicing their version of Taqiya.
She has been a Senator for only a few months I believe. This is another inexperienced rising star like Obama was and that worked out so well.
My theory is that a “rising star” has to be that fresh face that has no baggage of stupid quotes, gaffs, or associated with some bad group. The longer you are in politics these things happen and flip-flops on issues are inevitable
