And this was in California. Even without easy (constitutional) access to firearms, real Americans find a way to react to a threat! Good for this guy and a speedy recovery.

Starbucks does not allow firearms in any of its stores, concealed or otherwise. The Oklahoma stores are suffering as a result....red

California - I would expect the customer to be criminally charged and sued within a few days.

1. If you find yourself in a fair fight you need to reevaluate your tactics.

2. If you hit a man armed with a knife from behind with a chair make sure that you put him down!

He was stabbed for his trouble. If you’re not armed with a gun, it’s probably not very smart to attempt to intervene and stop a robbery suspect armed with a knife. The good Samaritan had no idea if the suspect had an accomplice standing nearby, and had no idea if the suspect was able to over power him.

The hero is lucky he didn’t have a knife planted into his chest.

Hurray for the citizen...although Sh**f**ks being robbed of a few dollars taken from gullible customers who toss back their overpriced swill should be a misdemeanor at worst.

The customer took the knife away from the perp and stabbed him several times. It appeared to be about a 7” hunting knife.

He understood the old line:
“Some people need a high five. To the face. With a chair.”

He did not hit him hard enough with the chair or with his fists. He looked to have pulled back. Next time he has to follow thru with his swing : )
