I was going to say possibly/likely Balkan and this can mean Muzz or Christian. Odds are Balkan muzzy such as Bosnian or Albanian or Kosovo but these criminals are all over France, Germany etc.

All of the cartridge firearms are serious threats in the hands of terrorists. The black powder muzzle loaders not so much, but when your opponents have nothing, even they are dangerous. The airguns might be useful for training.
The same applies for ‘merely’ criminal use, altho’ crooks are going to prefer handguns to rifles and shotguns.
It could be Moslems. But alternatively it could be normal citizens girding themselves for the coming storm. Since these European governments make it so hard to buy firearms they have to resort to desperate measures. But the human survival instinct lives and firearms they shall have.
This is not an uncommon method of weapons theft in the US. I know of at least 3 gun stores which have been rammed by vehicles, 2 successful, 1 not.

It looks like some are collector and specialty niche items. Most look like they are quite capable of mayhem in the wrong hands.
I suspect there are also boatloads and truck loads of weapons also being smuggled onto the Continent from the Middle East (and probably the former Yugoslavia, Chechnya, and Albania) to the "brothers", as we speak. I also suspect there are RPGs, hand grenades, mortars, Semtex, and other military grade weaponry included.
Hordes of military age jihadis didn't bother to march and boat in merely to collect welfare payment even though it is a nice scam while it lasts. Certainly most of them aren't there for the "jobs" or to pay for the social programs of aging Europeans. They are there to conquer, murder, loot, rape infidels, and extend the Ummah.

I dated a Lady years ago that was 100% Hungarian by birth but born in America. Her Parents escaped from The Homeland during WWII on foot and made it to America. Her Father smuggled weapons while they were still in Country to help the Underground fight the nazi basterdz and made enough Connections and Money to get He and His Wife to safety. I never got to meet Dad as He Passed away back in The Homeland after They returned post War. Anyu (Mom) was amazing! She moved back to the States after the Funeral and lived with the Lady I was dating. 92 years old and still moved the refrigerator to scrub the floor underneath it on Her knees with a handheld brush!!! She had some stories. Spoke perfect English unless one of them was mad at Me, then they switched to Hungarian.
