In the Squarker article they said “appears”
In the Geller (who can be out there sometimes) article, it quotes a RedState Watcher article that says he HAS been appointed.
When I googled Attorney John Haller Steven Wasserman, this comes up http://www.hannity.com/content/2017-07-27-conflict-of-interest-dws-brother-works-in-us-attorneys-dc-office/ where they say he “could” get the case.
Even Webb hasn’t said definitivly that he has his sister’s case.
So for now, the ONLY source I’ve seen for this is Red State Watcher.
Thanks for your help, but until I see something better, even if just from Rush or Hannity or whoever, this will remain just an internet rumor to me.
The paucity of info from the government and the cowardice and/or refusal to cover this, except superficially, by the media, including the likes of Rush and Hannity are what lead to situations like this.
1. Only the headline says “accused”. Anyone can accuse.
2. In the article it only says, “Questions arise...”
Folks are getting carried away. This is how the “conspiracy theory nut” perjoritives get started.
There are many facets to all this thanks to the absolute corruption of our politicians, bureaucracies and media. All I’m saying is we have to be careful what we present as fact.

There is no source for Wasserman on the Awan case. It would be unusual to say the least for a US Attorney to investigate anything related to a relative.
The Seth Rich case is handled by DC police. The US Attorney’s office is not involved.
Trump’s nominee for DC US Attorney, Jessie Liu, is scheduled today. Trump only sent US attorney nominations to Senate in June, and some are being delayed by home state US senators.
That's been my finding also which is why, whenever I see the claim, I ask for a source. I don't want to see falsehoods perpetuated by our side. It's like giving bullets to the enemy.

You are correct that this goes all the way to the bottom. Probably goes back to 1992 Clinton. The Awan Bros., sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc... are all involved. Why would someone pay triple the preveiling wage for IT Staff? Why would they pay the same rate to multiple “no show” employees? Because the entire computer systems are/were connected to the Clinton foundation. The have to be dismantled since Hillary lost the election. This takes alot of time and Awan’s were caught doing something wrong in Feb. 2017. This altered the plans and they have to work from a different angle. Comey, mueller, DWS, etc are all a show to buy time. Notice nothing has been said of Awan since the arrest. He is probably in Chelsea’s NYC Bunker with full hospital facilities.

2. Has someone been obstructing/slow walking it? Reasonable question based on fact.
