I don’t understand how it works as well as I should, but as I understand it it is practically impossible to fire these goons owing to both civil service rules and then on top of that union rules.
Kennedy allowed gov workers to unionize with an EO. Could PDT not DISallow unionization with the stroke of a pen?
Failing that, could they be transferred to hideous places doing nothing that could affect policy? Kind of like the rubber rooms I read about in NYC where they send their worthless teachers.
