GOP Establishment Pouring Millions into Alabama Senate Primary in an Effort to Defeat Conservatives

Dear friends in Alabama, now is the time to stand up and be counted.

Now is the time to tell the establishment in D.C. that we are tired of their moderate hand-wringing and their constant efforts to dictate to the people instead of serving the people.

Senator Luther Strange (R-AL) has done a fine job in replacing Attorney General Jeff Sessions in the Senate, but he’s long been a tool of the establishment and we know where his loyalties lie. He was selected by the corrupt and disgraced former Governor of Alabama, not elected by the people of Alabama who are overwhelmingly tired of the GOP’s failures.

Instead of Luther Strange, the voters in Alabama have two solidly conservative men to choose from. Two men with the backbone to do what their constituents want, instead of what their party demands.

The goal is for Luther Strange to come in third, then there'll be a runoff between two conservatives.

Shut out Luther Strange, McConnell's stooge!

Primary is next Tuesday, August 15!

Brooks ought to get out and throw his support to Moore, and thus hopefully get Moore to 51% and avoid any runoff where the GOPE can diddle the vote.

Is this campaign by the Republican Establishment going to work any better than the Democrat Joe Ossoff campaign for a seat in the House of Representatives in neighboring Georgia? The Democrats drizzled away a LOT of money on that one, which clearly crippled both their current state of finances, and made future fund-raising problematical.

I would like to see the Republican Establishment begin to make a LOT of second-guesses as to whom to support, if they are not willing to look at how the winds have shifted.

Moore can’t be elected in Alabama now.

He should get out and throw his support behind Mo Brooks.

Well, I can tell you right now that Yertle does not want Roy Moore.

Roy is an unrelenting fundamental christian conservative and Yertle recoils from such.

I have every intention of voting for Roy Moore.

The very mention of his name gives liberals strokes and infarct and if he accomplished nothing more than that, he'd be worth it.

But I also know him on a personal basis and I have no problems with him.

I have reservations about Mo Brooks primarily in the 2nd Amendment arena and in his previous remarks about Trump.

The GOPe wants Big Luther because they can control him. He’s compromised because he let Gov. Bentley and his mistress off the hook in order to receive the senate appointment.

Luther is also compromised because of Jennifer M., and how she bought a house for way under it’s value at an “auction” the day before the auction. (So much other stuff there, but suffice to say Luther can be controlled.)

Moore isn’t electable in Alabama any longer. People don’t like that his son keeps getting arrested on drug charges and the fact that his foundation paid huge salaries to him and his wife and the tax situation there.

For me, Mo Brooks is the only clean candidate.

I like Judge Moore in theory, but I don’t think he’s the man for this job.

Interestingly enough, the biggest paper in Alabama was all other Big Luther’s transgressions like white on rice, but they completely dropped their coverage of that scandal in favor og hitting Judge Moore, who they HATE with a passion.

The editor is gay, her flunky reporters have a gay brother (one of them) and they other ones are EXTREMELY pro-sodomite. They all hate Roy Moore with a passion.

When are we going to learn 1 and only 1 conservative in the primary. Spliiting the base vote has screwed us more times then l can count.

“Moore can’t be elected in Alabama now.”

If that’s true, why is he leading Brooks by 8 points in the polling?

I think the more that comes out about the way his foundation was set up and where the money went, the more it’s going to hurt him.

That’s just my opinion.

Personally I think Brooks is the only clean candidate at this point, but I might vote for Judge Moore just to tell the GOPe where they can stick Big Luther.

Then I stand corrected about Brooks being a clean candidate.

As far as being clean goes, I will go with Roy Moore any day of the week. And twice on Sunday.

If that’s the case....why is he running...and, why is he ahead of Mo, in the polls?

Judge Moore is leading, in the polls.

I like Mo, but I agree with other poster(s) who suggest Mo get out and back Moore.

Mo can run again, next opening.

President Trump are you listening? You have another rousing rally to do down in Alabama to stick it to McConnell's lackey, Luther Strange. They love you in Alabama, so fill ‘em to the rafters and turn it into a rally for Mo Brooks. You will blow McConnell away and send a devastating message to your Republican opponents on the Hill.
