Email Evidence Proves New York Times Soliciting Anti-Trump Bureaucracy Leakers
Breitbart ^ | 8 Aug 2017 | MATTHEW BOYLE

Posted on 08/08/2017 7:35:56 AM PDT by Mr. Mojo

Emails from a reporter for the New York Times to government employees obtained exclusively by Breitbart News demonstrate that the newspaper’s employees are not just on the receiving end of leaks, but are actually soliciting government employees to become leakers. What’s more, the emails demonstrate the Times colluded with the president of government union to encourage and solicit these leaks—something that may become highly problematic for both institutions.

The revelation of these emails comes as President Donald Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions crack down on leakers. It also comes as EPA administrator Scott Pruitt, the former attorney general of Oklahoma, has emerged as one of the most successful cabinet-level officials in the Trump administration, and Trump’s political enemies throughout the left and media aim at targeting Pruitt.

This is a prosecutable criminal conspiracy by it’s definition.
“Conspiracy. An agreement between two or more persons to engage jointly in an unlawful or criminal act.”

Sec. Pruitt better never have spoken harshly to his dog, or Maxine “The Hideous” Waters will be crusading for his ouster. If you are actually eradicating the Socialist/Communist framework of the Obama reign, you have a neon target on your back.

Sessions said “they will be prosecuted” in his warning to leakers:

Indeed - one should expect NT Times to sink to the lowest levels of corruption

I would feed them fake information, designed to cause them maximum embarrassment

It’s illegal to solicit other people breaking the law.

It is illegal to solicit a hit man. It is illegal to do what the times is doing.

AG Sessions will be getting the NYT indicted any day now.

The first amendment permits you to solicit and publish state secrets because the first amendment cares about newspaper sales.... er.... I mean the first amendment protects politically motivated hatchet jobs... uhm, yeah, I mean, the first amendment protects the right of the people to know everything.

Two weeks ago the US Judicial Committee sent a letter requesting Special Prosecution into Hillary. The US Congress can’t receive an answer. Do you really think sessions will respond to a news report?

The New York Times has the FOIA law at its disposal, a law which I am sure it encouraged be enacted for greater “transparency” in government. There is an FOIA office/desk/staff at EPA who handles FOIA requests. If there is any holdup in getting FOIA answers the requester is free to publish the fact of their request and that the agency it went to hasn’t answered it.

Pruiit should inform all EPA staff that all of that is in place at the EPA, and that is the route by which public requests for EPA information will can and will be addressed.

Pruiit should also inform all EPA staff that if they chose to act as internal spies on EPA activity and bypass the lawful FOIA route to public transparency, they need to do so as FORMER EPA employees, and if they don’t they will be.
