I’m not so sure that one was any better. The street was basically empty behind the guy. If he was scared, he could have simply turned around and gone in the opposite direction.
Isn’t that an officer standing on the right side of the road while the car is being hit with a bat? He seems very disinterested. But I don’t know what their orders were.
