President Donald Trump denounced hate groups at the White House on Monday, responding to critics of his response to the violence in Charlottesville, Virgina surrounding an alt-right rally.
“Racism is evil. And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, Neo-Nazis, White Supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans,” Trump said.
The president made his remarks in the Diplomatic Reception Room at the White House after meeting with Attorney General Jeff Sessions and the FBI Director Chris Wray.
Trump specifically named Heather Heyer, the 32-year-old woman killed during the protests after a reported Nazi sympathizer drove his car into a crowd of counter protesters.
“We condemn in the strongest possible terms this egregious display of hatred, bigotry and violence,” he said.

Conspicuously missing from President Donald “I caved to the Left” Trump’s remarks was condemnation of Antifa and BLM.

Appropriate statement. However, he should also name the Antifa by name for pulling out bats and assaulting people/cars with them. Everyone involved in ANY violence must be prosecuted.
The President is absolutely right.
Trump could play himself disavowing racial violence on a 24/7 loop for the rest of his term and the left would still say he is not disavowing racial violence....

Well, if he thinks racism is evil, then he is also condemning BLM.
The more the left/antifa equates white Americans with White Racism, the more white Americans will come to believe it’s their only redoubt.
At some point the survival instinct will override political philosophy. Even religion.

The only reason Soros is stirring up this white supremacist thing is because he knows dems are losing black votes.

Doesn’t matter. They will still blame him for it. I knew that Trump’s presidency would be opposed tooth and nail by the left, but I didn’t know it would get this bad. The left is vicious, and will stop at nothing to get to their goal.
The Left won’t be satisfied until he resigns or leaves office, no matter what he says or does.
Both parties want him gone.
