In a strange turn of events, the Democratic National Committee is now attacking President Donald Trump for not building the border wall fast enough.
In a Tuesday press released titled "Trump's Empty Promises On Border Wall," the DNC wrote: "Trump has failed to deliver on his signature promise to build a border wall and have Mexico pay for it. Trump even admitted in a private conversation with Mexico that his border wall promise was 'the least important thing.'"

Trump has failed to deliver on his signature promise to build a border wall ...
Gotta love the DNC.
Just setting the narrative of the do nothing Congress for 2018.
Useful pivot. Wonder if Schmuckie thought of that all by himself?
Pelosi still thinks that Bush is president and is too busy tearing down statues that here father dedicated.
Waters is too busy talking to Russian pranksters.
It’s more a taunt of not being able to get it done vs wanting it done.
They just know it’s galling to his supporters. They really are on about their last hope. All their antics have done for me was to steel my reserve for him. Had not all of this nonsense of the past 10 months occurred, I may not be quite as satisfied with him as I am today. His resolve in the face of this unrelenting adversity is nothing short of awesome.
This tactic must be polling well.
Ask the Rats to genuinely find out about the public’s feelings on the non-repeal Obamacare
Correction: CONGRESS HAS FAILED TRUMP. CONGRESS HAS FAILED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
part of the wall is being replaced as we speak. and border jumpers are down by about 75%. That’s a huge savings....enough to build a wall.
Desperation will make the Democrat mind do strange things.
He’s done amazingly well on the wall. >75% reduction in illegal border crossings, with 0% progress on the physical wall. Kudos to a man who can get great results from sheer will and no money. With that success, actually building the wall becomes an exercise in pedantic quibbling.
with this question:
Do you think that your neighbor would support building the wall...?
I suppose their internal polling indicates a level of impatience and lack of satisfaction on progress with the border wall.
But, let’s see here, where does the Democrat Party stand on the matter? It’s very popular across the board, even with registered Democrats, yet the Democrat Party opposes it.
So, I’m left scratching my head yet again, trying to figure out just what it is, that the DNC is hoping to accomplish.
In my mind, they’re only highlighting the fact that they oppose any such thing.
As an old buddy liked to say “just hide and watch”
"I agree that the wall is taking too long to build and would appreciate if these concerned democrats would help me fast track the project."
Then drop the mic...
It is not strange at all.
After 8 months of obstruction at every point possible, rather than admit and acknowledge that that is mostly all THEY have done, they want to now put public attention on what Trump said he would do that he has not done. They now the sheeple don’t think they are really in favor of the wall. It is not really the wall that is their focus they want the sheeple to notice, merely “Trumps lack of achievement”.
Basically: “We don’t want him to build a wall, and he’s doing it too slowly.”
Like the old Woody Allen joke about the 2 old ladies at the restaurant:
First: “The food here is terrible!”
Second: “I know! And such small portions!”
Correct. A rare report on the progress from the end of July: https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/18/us/politics/border-wall-construction.html
There is a Mirror article as well from this month: http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/construction-work-trump-wall-begins-10915857
“Trump even admitted in a private conversation with Mexico that his border wall promise was ‘the least important thing.’”
Not even a believable lie.
“In Strange Move, DNC Knocks Trump For Lack Of Progress On Border Wall”
Not strange at all. The Never-Trumpers are trying to separate Trump from his base. Must be hard for them when nothing they try works.
