Exclusive — Nevada Senate Poll Shows Danny Tarkanian Takes Lead Over Dean Heller

Pro-Donald J. Trump GOP U.S. Senate challenger Danny Tarkanian has blown past incumbent Sen. Dean Heller (R-NV), an opponent of the president and much of his agenda, per a new poll out of the state of Nevada obtained exclusively by Breitbart News ahead of its public release.

Tarkanian, per the new poll from JMC Analytics, is up at 39 percent in the new survey. His lead towers eight points over the incumbent Heller’s 31 percent, spelling certain trouble for Senate GOP establishment forces desperate to save Heller’s seat. A whopping 31 percent are undecided between Heller and Tarkanian. Even so, when given the choice of Heller versus not Tarkanian, a majority of Republicans in Nevada—51 percent—want someone other than Heller, 31 percent would renominate Heller, and 18 percent are undecided.

The survey of 700 likely GOP voters in Nevada was conducted from Aug. 24 to Aug. 25 and has a margin of error of 3.7 percent with a 95 percent confidence interval.

Heller’s approval rating is underwater, down to just 34 percent of Nevada Republicans approving of his job performance, while 48 percent disapprove. Sixteen percent have no opinion and two percent have not heard of Heller.

It's still a ways out there but Heller ain't making too many friends currently. So, we can go with Tarkanian or let another dementocrat gal take Heller's spot. Just say no to jackie rosen.

RINO Jim Gibbons did that. Of course, he was an utter fiasco during his single term as Governor.

So tell me: WHEN do we give up our collective $10 contributions? If enough of us go for it then we just might make it in the news. The Great Monkey Hoax of 1954 became big news based just on a bet.

Heller for Governor?! Doubtful, not unless he switches to Democratic party. He dissed Trump and just like Reid’s erstwhile Republican replacement last year, he got zip from Republicans in the state.

Tarkanian has lost FIVE TIMES and NEVER has won public office. What makes him or anything think he can with on his 6th attempt, even against Heller? And if he beats Heller, what about against a Democrat?

Only 48% of R’s disapprove? What wrong with NV? This POS should have at least 75% R disapprove sheesh what does it take?

The uni party still doesn’t get it.

You think an R beside your name makes you safe? Think again.

Many a doofus uniparty never-trumper will be taken out in the primaries.

It can be done, as daunting as it seems. Want to talk about persistence ? Try Aumua Amata Coleman Radewagen of American Samoa. AS had never elected a Republican Delegate to Congress. This lady ran an unprecedented ELEVEN times for Congress, losing in every election from 1994 to 2012 (in one case, getting barely over 6% of the vote), and then came the upset... she finally won in 2014. In 2016, she won reelection with a massive 75% of the vote.

It’s rare, but it can happen.

“Tarkanian has lost FIVE TIMES and NEVER has won public office. “

I think it’s six times, but hardly matters. I did opposition research on him in the last Republican congressional primary race. There is plenty more dirt on him that the Dems didn’t even use. I just see Danny running another valiant losing race. Harry Reid may even have picked him, like Sharron Angle.

I don’t hate Danny personally like I hate some of Nevada’s schmucks (see Michael McDonald), but he has loser written on his forehead.

I would go with Niger Innis if he decides to run. I worked for him some when he ran against Crescent Hardy (who was also flawed by bankruptcy).

Alright. $10 for stepping up to the plate(not $35). Heller for gov. means he kicks himself upstairs. Loser? Maybe(same as Senate candidate). Take him out in the primary. Should Angle run for the house? She aimed too high the last time.

Angle is an odd bird, I’ve talked to her a couple times but she never gets back to me. Or anyone else.
