Who has cash to spend other than what's currently in their pockets?
ATM's? How many are operating?
Income? When do you think these people will actually be able to return to a job?
There ain't a damn person in the affected area of Huston who has the ability to purchase anything, let alone a place to store it.............IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED, THEY HAVE LOST EVERYTHING!
But not business sense...for a nationally known company.
