Beginning Jan. 22, 2018, travelers from nine states will no longer be able to travel with only their driver’s licenses.

Residents of Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Washington will have to use alternate ID forms (passport, military ID, or permanent resident card) to pass TSA security checkpoints—even for domestic travel.

They chose that because it’s a stupid rule/law and does nothing to deter terrorism.

Some clubs/bars won’t accept MD ID/DL either (I only know this because my NJ kid has a fake one from MD and because it’s 2015 it’s acceptable).

It is (supposedly) a simple procedural declaration by the state in regards to using DL as ID.

Virginia was on that list and I ran into my Rep at the Primary Polling location in June and mentioned it to him.

Apparently he took care of it or at least he told me we had an extension until Oct 10 2017 when DHS will see if we(VA) are eligible for another extension.

I chucked my 25 cents worth in and said it would be nice if someone passed some legislation about NOT allowing illegals to get DLs and Government IDs.

(Seems kind of lame that that subject even has to be brought up by us ‘mere underlings’)

And yet no security screening to vote.

How queer.

yes, that is something which is absurd isn’t it?

You can’t use just any ID to get on a plane, it has to be a specific Federal government approved ID now.

Heck, it wasn’t too many years ago, you didn’t even need to show an ID to get on a plane.

Yet, we are told by the liberals there is no need for an ID to vote. Go figure.

Don’t worry, most of those States will allow these same people to Vote without producing any identification so it’s all good.

Your reply is much more detailed and accurate than mine and explains why MO is not in compliance and why it shouldn’t have to be. A hypothetical question. If I am called as a juror in a Federal trial and can’t get into the courthouse because my MO driver’s license is not REAL ID (it isn’t), does that mean I don’t have to serve?

Babylonian Exile, not the conquering of Israel by Rome. Judah came back after 70 years. The Northern Kingdom tribe were disbursed throughout the nations. After Alexander the Great many of the Jews became Hellenized. The Sadducees are an example of this Hellenization. They believed in the law only. They denied the resurrection of the dead, prophecy, and miracles.

Yeah but, the Israelites were offering daily sacrifices in Herod’s temple during Jesus’ days, full up temple worship and up until the destruction of Jerusalem....

How does one parse the facts?

I think it irrelevant what the religious sects of Israel thought, just it is today with Jewish and Christian apostates.

Is it not true that the Israelites began offering sacrifices in the period you mention, and up until (with at least one interruption period) 70AD?

No one says there wouldn't be two interruptions of Temple worship.

The prophecy says 1290 years after sacrifices cease, the Abomination of Desolation would be built. The Temple instruments were taken to Babylon in 597 AD (causing sacrifices to cease). The instrument were returned approximately 70 years later, when Judah returned, after the Persian Empire conquered the Babylonians. 1290 years later the Dome of the rock was built on the Temple Mount.

The Bible also refers to the Abomination of Desolation as an “it”, not a person.

The whole world is intent upon the return of the Temple Mount to the Muslims. Arab Muslims have tried to wipe Israel out four times (1948, 1956, 1967, and 1973). They still call for its destruction, and claim Palestine (a country that never existed) is made up of Jordan, the West Bank, and Israel.

The battle for Jerusalem is yet to be fought. The purpose of that attack will be to destroy Israel, and take the Temple Mount back. The description of the massive battle, worldwide earthquake, and destruction really does sound like “Desolation”. All brought about by the struggle for the Dome of the Rock on the Temple Mount. That structure that proclaims that Yaweh is not God, that Allah is greater, and that Yeshua is not Yaweh’s Son.

Funny how none of this could have happened in previous centuries. Israel didn't exist, the Temple Mount and Jerusalem were not in their hands, and the Muslim Empire was in decline, after the discovery of the Western Hemisphere.

Islam claims any and all territory once conquered in the name of Allah is part of the “World of Peace” and belongs eternally to Islam, all other areas are part of the “World of War” and are to be conquered. This also includes large sections of Eastern Europe, Greece, Spain, and even the Vatican. The reason that the Vatican has a wall around it was that it was taken by Muslims and sacked.

Israel is considered an insult to Islam. They refer to the West as Crusaders, and consider Israel as colony of the West.

The inscription inside the Dome of the Rock states that God cannot have a son. The Muslims demonstrated their domination by building the Dome of the Rock, or turning a building that was there into a mosque (historians disagree). This act was specifically to enforce the claim that “Allah is greater”. The statement itself is an admission that others worship Yaweh.

One significant point is that the rock area that is covered by the Dome of the Rock is uneven and rocky.

The Holy of Holies was built on a threshing floor. You could never thresh grain on the area inside the Dome of the Rock. Many believe the site of the Holy of Holies is under the Dome of the Tablets. That would place the Dome of the Rock outside of the Temple proper and in the Court of the Gentiles. When standing of the Mount of Olives and looking westward beyond the area identified as the Eastern Gate, the Dome of the Tablets is seen, not the Dome of the Rock.

The presence of the building shows its domination of Judaism, and the inscription seeks to negate the primary tenant of Christianity that Yeshua is the Son of God.

Very interesting- I will have to study more to learn more...

Thanks for the insight. Certainly the inscription on the DOR is an offense and an obomination to the Lord God Almighty, who per the NT gave all authority to Jesus....
