The dome of the Rock was bulit in 693, exactly 1290 years after worship in the Temple ceased, and Judah was exiled to Babylon.
Well that would bo back to 597 B.C. for sure.
Ummm, didn’t the Temple worship end around 70AD with the destruction of Jerusalem by Titus; 1290 years would be a bit later than 693, more like 1360 AD....
Temple worship resumed after the captivity and was practiced until Israel/Judah was annihilated by Rome. Jesus’ passion/resurrection ended it spiritually, the Romans were the geopolitical entity that God used to end it physically.
