Too bad ChiComs. If it happens then you have no choice but to accept it - or you can take out Fat Boy. Your choice. Good luck facing the wrath of 100 million city dwellers who will instantly be put out of work.

Given a clear and stark choice as to which is more valuable to the Red Chinese, rationality comes down on the side of simply calling Fatboi to China and offering him a deal he cannot refuse - on pain of a sudden “disappearance” or equally mysterious fate.

North Korea may be allowed to remain “Communist”, albeit in the Chinese version, anyway. But a regime “modification” may very well be in order.

There may be several North Korean generals who have the capability to present a more “moderate” face to the world than the Kim family. Communists should not have royalty anyway.

They have a choice.

Cut off trade to the US.

How long do you think that will last till we break?

Americans are used to cheap chicom tools, electronics, gadgets etc. for this to happen.

Our economy would tank like nothing we’ve ever seen.

The real problem down the line is not north Korea at all, but China.

North Korea is not worth making a deal with china, we need to alt China’s military expansion by way of trade tariffs and isolation until they become a democracy.

Use North Korea as an excuse but remember China is the problem not North Korea, which can be handled by South Korea and Japan.
