There is no question . You cant make me serve fraggot cake— won’t happen. Unconstitutional as hell.
Thanks for that clarification. Nevertheless I maintain that no one likes to be judged. If your goal is to present your lifestyle as normal and natural, being told that God condemns it cannot be enjoyable.
You ever notice that the gays only pick Christian bakers to sue? They would never ask a Muslim baker and sue them, that wouldn’t be good for the progressive agenda.
Looks good!
I’ve been praying every night for Mr. Phillips.
agreed
These Civil Rights Commissions and various “tribunals” should be dismantled. They are across the nation:
* assuming guilt
* may not even tell you the full charges against you, much less identify the accused
* abandoning standard rules of evidence, often refuse to let you have witnesses or refusing to accept evidence that may prove your guilt; this is a major problem with all Title 9 systems
* using the lower standard of guilt like preponderance of evidence
* denying the opportunity to cross-examine witness
* don’t tell people their rights, so they “give their side of the story” without knowing this is considered legal testimony
* refusing people the right to legal counsel
* often issuing fines, orders for training, demanding that someone cannot go to events or say things without regard for one’s ability to earn a living - and they consider traditional legal standards like fair fines oppressive
* while they cannot send you to jail, refusing their orders is contempt, where the formal legal system defers to these biased tribunals and the courts can send you to jail
* failure to separate investigators from judges, so in one case, the prosecutor joined in the case against the woman in Washington who refused to provide flowers for a homosexual wedding - and tore away the corporate veil to sue her personally for declining business
The guy on “Louder with Crowder” did exactly that and was refused.
In the case of the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, a different double standard was proven in the same week. Masterpiece Bakery was told they have to provide service, their refusal is a violation of civil rights. And homosexual business owners were allowed to refuse service to churches, per their First Amendment rights.
Where are the Sessions bashers? Are they sleeping or taking a potty break?
Humm. So this is the stuff that gets you abuzz.
Hey even a blind squirrel can get an acorn.
Pretty sure Donald thought it worth speaking up for and gave Sessions a nudge.
To me it’s a clear cut 1st amendment freedom of expression issue. Dedicating inscriptions on cakes qualify even though they are also food. These “liberals” aren’t liberal. They’re illiberal.
This is more an issue of property rights than about religious freedom and speech. Do we OWN our own property, including the right to use it as we wish, or not?
This might sound harsh, but Ginsburg needs to kick off so that freedom in this case has a fighting chance.
