It is a “police action”, declared by the UN, and no formal declaration of war was EVER made by the US against North Korea, and this “police action” is still ongoing, as no armistice was ever signed, only a cease-fire.

It’s moot at the most important level and that’s that the two governments in Korea are at war.

If one starts to fight dirty on the other, Katy bar the door. Friends WILL weigh in. Also no declaration of war is needed to answer a sudden rogue actor, even unto annihilating it.
