I’m sure he and Trump are still friends. The old story of the “kitchen” cabinet is still functional. In organizations you often have formal and informal structure. I’ve seen that in business. At times the job title is not as important as the confidence the decision maker has for an employee’s judgment.
But having a Deep State mole like Kelly on all his calls is problematic.

My sympathies. My mom [non-drinker/smoker] had it, there were no good creams or medical cures suggested for her...this was decades ago. She suffered because of it. I understand.
On one of the other Bannon interview threads a photographer explains how CBS used methods to enhance red color to make Bannon look bad.
Msm did the same to Trump during the campaign to make him look orange.
