At least 19 people have been arrested across Florida for trying to loot empty businesses and homes that have been evacuated in preparation for Hurricane Irma. Two people burst into an Orlando sporting store and allegedly stole guns, before facing off with SWAT in a standoff. Shocking videos also emerged of gangs trying to break into stores and take advantage of deserted properties. Police were called to the scene after witnesses reported a burglary at Academy Sports near the Mall at Millenia in Orlando, WESH reported. Soon afterward, SWAT team officers arrived when it became clear the looters were allegedly trying to steal guns.

I’ve found using a key word like “looters” in this case gives the best search results. Looking for the entire subject line may or may not work. The fewer words the better and of course look for the words in “titles”.

When you put a long title into search everything has to match exactly. One title had ... at the end while the other had : so your search came up empty. If you put a partial title like 19 looters arrested you would have found a duplicate right away.
