GOP DEATH WARRANT

Even the dumbest Republican is politically astute enough to steer clear of this issue. They never passed it in Congress when that jerk George W. Bush was in office, and they never passed it when Obama would have chewed off his left arm to sign it into law.

It will never play well politically to deal with an issue that affects 800,000 illegal aliens while you've still got tens of millions of Americans living with an ObamaCare abomination that the GOP has been promising to repeal for more than seven years.

This is why so many Republicans in Congress are pissed off at President Trump for putting this back in their hands. They don't want to touch DACA at all, even if it means extending it indefinitely through unconstitutional executive orders.

This is how dictatorships get started, folks.

It’s smart politics to leave the unpopular decisions up to a large body of opinionated people.

“I would have voted for it, you know, but it just never got out of committee ..”
“I just couldn’t sign it the way they loaded it up with pork, you see ...”
“I couldn’t support that bill, it was very self-serving to the other party ...”

And this is how the unpopular stuff is supposed to die.
Trump understands this perfectly well.

The GOP Civil War started the day that Mr. Trump announced his candidacy.

It seems to me that the GOP needs to simply quote a democrat every time they are challenged on DACA. Almost every dem leader (BO,HRC,Schumer, etc) is on record as being against illegal immigration.

HRC herself declared that just because get your kid across the border, doesn’t mean they get to stay.

Hold the dems to their own words - hammer the point 24/7!

It’s not that hard folks.

RE:”Former White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon warned this week that there will be a “civil war” in the Republican Party if GOP lawmakers cave on the repeal of an Obama-era program that gave amnesty to illegal immigrants brought to the U.S. as children. “

Republicans cave??

What's he talking about?

Its a POTUS EO that Trump can reverse if he wants to.

Does he mean if the GOP in congress does what Trump says and puts DACA into law?
