Donald Trump's Allies Join His Crusade Against The NFL

“Turn off the NFL,” reads a digital ad produced by the nonprofit America First Policies, which planned to begin spreading the message on social media Sunday afternoon.

A political group with close ties to President Donald Trump is amplifying his attack on professional athletes who kneel during the national anthem as a form of protest.

“Turn off the NFL,” reads a digital ad produced by the nonprofit America First Policies, which planned to begin spreading the message on social media Sunday afternoon.

The ad includes a photo with Trump, hand over his heart, and a #TakeAStandNotAKnee hashtag. It follows Trump’s recent remarks, first delivered during a Friday night speech in Alabama, aimed at football players who have protested police brutality and other causes.

While campaigning for Luther Strange, who is locked in a tough Republican primary to keep the Alabama Senate seat he was appointed to earlier this year, Trump asked those in the audience if they would "love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say, 'get that son of a bitch off the field right now.'" He added that such players should be fired.

Trump continued the attack over the weekend on Twitter.

“If a player wants the privilege of making millions of dollars in the NFL, or other leagues, he or she should not be allowed to disrespect … our Great American Flag (or Country) and should stand for the National Anthem,” Trump posted in a series of tweets. "If not, YOU'RE FIRED. Find something else to do!”

NFL team owners and players reacted strongly and disapprovingly to Trump’s push.

I am sickened by what the NFL (no fans left) did.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your service.

Its beyond interesting that these player “protests” are fitting into a movement of racial and ethnic nationalism, part of the Obama sub-rosa led resistance to bringing our nation unity promoted by President Trump.

We have whole cities that refuse to obey federal law , calling themselves “sanctuary” cities. We have AntiFA and groups of armed leftists such as Red Neck Revolt who publicly demonstrate against America by carrying
weapons in public. The movement has achieved its cannon fodder , mostly white people, who have bought the ideology of racial and ethnic nationalism. There is also a music in both the Hispanic and Black culture (rap)which promotes violence and the killing of police and firemen inspired by Black Lives Matter. There is a long list of social evolution which cannot be totally covered here, toward racial and ethnic nationalism mixed with socialism. All the lack now is a situation where they can have a violent local war using force majeur for their sordid ends. Some Local governments already are cowed by them, Berkley and Ferguson come to mind, where they local authorities had the police stand down so as to allow rioting as well as looting and pillaging of businesses.Chicago is a war zone.

This is liberal fascism. We were warned many years ago:

“The Quintessential Liberal Fascist”:

http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2009/05/barack_obama_the_quintessentia_1.html

President Trump knows and understands the racial and ethnic nationalism movement in the United States, and the violence it represents. The movement was “legitimized “ by Obama, who invited them right into the White House and encouraged them in order to weaken America, and destroy the achievements of generations of Americans in our economy and in our freedom.Obama wants a Utopia which will destroy America and its constitutional way of governance.

What president Trump is fighting is the birth of liberal fascism inside of our precious country.Like you I support President Trump in this 100%, even though I do not agree with all of his policies, I believe him absolutely correct on this matter.

If this is the way the NFL seeks to conduct itself, supporting religi0us and ethnic fascism,, I can hardly wait to see every team tank, that allows its players to “take a knee” as their Zeig Heil. Let them exercise their 1st amendment rights on their own private time, not on the stage we have given them. We should not allow liberal fascism to control our nation.

Hurrah President Trump!

I have been predicting for 5 years that Lacrosse will overtake football in middle class America. The reason is that boys crave contact, but there are relatively few concussions. Combine that with the middle to upper class mothers’ growing aversion to football, and it is a matter of time.

I think it is playing out. I live in atlanta and most athletic middle school kids I know have gravitated to basketball and Lacrosse. Soccer is tough because there is too much competition.

“All nfl players not kneeling. Why should they be punished?”

NFL players - even the good ones - have gotten into a situation where they work for organizations owned and led by weak, confused leaders.

Anyone who has ever worked in a business owned and led by weak, confused leaders knows disaster awaits.

That is happening now to the NFL and the players. Too bad.

No one but NFL team owners can turn this around. They probably can't. Because despite being billionaires, they are weak and confused with weak core values.

Neilson talked me into carrying one of their monitors a week ago. I said what the hell, a few bucks and hopefully I can push some more conservative viewers into their graphs by having myself and the family participate.

My wife flipped to the game yesterday to see how the Colts were doing and I put my foot down. As long as we have these things the NFL will not be on, period.

Hopefully others who have these things feel the same way as I do.

I’ll turn off the NFL just like I turned off the Hollywood awards shows and many left wing musicians who can’t separate their politics from their God given talent.

I enjoy Golf, The players are mostly country loving God fearing family men and those who betray values like Tiger woods eventually get what’s coming to them.

Thanks for posting this. I actually carry a copy of this when I go to any game or event where the National Anthem is paid. As a Navy Vet, I leave my hat on and salute. Some people, non vets, get upset until I show them part (b).

The Cowboys had a Godly culture starting years ago. Maybe still there. Cousins kid played for them, so watched it.

One bozo talking about it on FOX yesterday (my dad watches - I happened to be passing through the room) said he thought ratings would actually go UP this weekend because folks would tune in to ‘see what was going on’. I’m guessing it’s going to be a case of ‘wrongo bucko’.

Trump said what most of middle America is feeling (the ones that do the work & pay the bills & love the flag & the warriors who defend us all) .... he’ll be proved “right” again. BTW, how many NFL players were on the curb every Friday night showing their support for the wounded in Walter Reed? I don’t think the NFL, the Left, or any of those using this as an excuse to jump on the anti-Trump band wagon have a clue as to how deep this NFL take-a-knee insult runs with anyone who is a patriot.

“But aren’t the armed forces protecting ALL free speech ? Even misguided NFL players? Otherwise we are just as bad as those that only approve of OUR kind of speech.”

No one has suggested imprisoning or fining these people. CLEARLY, they have a right to take a knee or whatever.

But JUST AS CLEARLY, all the rest of us have the EXACT SAME RIGHT to criticize them for what they are doing...and to boycott National Felon League broadcasts, and to boycott the sponsors of the National Felon League, who help to pay the inflated salaries of these spoiled, ignorant America-haters.

Freedom of speech cuts both ways - if they can take a knee (and they can, under our system of laws), then they can also be criticized.

Oh, and if these over-paid, spoiled brats hate this country so much, we don’t have any walls or minefields that are keeping them here. Good luck to them making a living playing American Football outside of the US (and paying far higher taxes on whatever they do earn). IOW, they shouldn’t let the door hit them in the ass on the way out.

“Boycott of all NFL sponsors punishes the good guys too.”

If they are sponsoring, then they are helping to pay the salaries of these knee-takers, and the incredible profits of the owners who aren’t doing squat about the knee-takers (Jerry Jones being a notable exception).

Supporting evil doesn’t make you a good guy - sorry, I cannot look at it in any other way. They - the sponsors - could ACTUALLY be good guys by saying to the NFL: “Hey, you clamp down HARD on these guys, who are offending our customers, or we are pulling our advertising.”

THAT is what good guys do.

“My reasoning is that more and more parents are forbidding their sons to play any kind of organized football at the elementary school level.”

Got that right - dain bramage for my kid is not exactly what I’d like as a parent. My son is built PERFECTLY to be a center, or a lineman - but he will play football only over my dead body. NO sport is worth that, especially when there are other ways to get in good shape and learn what being part of a team is about.

I’m sure that there were parents that wanted their kids to be gladiators 1,800 or so years ago, as it was a way out of poverty and to become popular...but the fact is that the world keeps on spinning without gladiators. The same will be said of the NFL and football before long - the cost for the fame and money just isn’t worth it.

“All nfl players not kneeling. Why should they be punished?”

No one is condemning them.

However, there’s that old saying that: “All that is necessary for Evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.”

What are these guys doing about their teammates’ actions? I’ve heard nothing about opposing tweets or pressers by the so-called “good guys.”

Also, it is a known fact that one rotten apple spoils the entire barrel. These good guys should understand that, and do their best to get rid of the rotten apples in their midst.

And, in the end, if the NFL destroys itself because of its anti-Americanism, then at least one additional source of anti-Americanism within our own borders. This is a cultural war, and any war has collateral damage. That is regrettable, of course, but I’d rather see the entire NFL shut down by its patriotic former fans than see it be used as a propaganda organ by George Soros and his ilk.

No, it’s not.

Both television stations and Snopes have publicly stated this “requirement” doesn’t exist.

I provided the NFL PDF. Provide yours.
