Never heard of UNE before and I am familiar with all the small college in the New England area as I attended one. The certificate makes it easy for potential employers to screen out potential trouble makers.

The certificate makes it easy for potential employers to screen out potential trouble makers. Wish that were so, but sadly many company HR departments are looking for precisely this "training." On the bright side, at least it's not a Masters degree program (yet).

The owner of such a certificate carries proof that his/her/its/whatever has no intellect whatsover and is qualified to only be a barrista, reporter, or politician.
