Television networks uncharacteristically showed the national anthem before NFL games this weekend, but at least one staffer says that coverage may have come with certain restrictions...camera operators were told to avoid crowd shots during the anthem, because of any fans potentially booing or protesting the NFL players’ protest. There were reports from several stadiums of fans booing when players decided to kneel for the anthem, joining a protest of racial inequality started by former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

I was at the Bills-Broncos game
The booing as they lined up (and did their kneeling, holding hands, whatever gestures) , before the national anthem, was very loud and lasted about 1 minute, until the start of the anthem.

If the NFL and or the owners don’t end this crap, the fans will.
Another illustration of why the NFL placed restrictions on local media outlets taking and using camera footage at games. They want total image control even when there are 70,000 people in the stands.

Was also there. notice how the stadium was about 2/3’s full. Not what you expect in Orchard Park on week #3.
