I really hate McCain, but Sessions is overtaking him.

The Clintons learned long ago that by being corrupt in multiple ways at once, the authorities are unable to bring them to justice for any particular act of corruption.

Benghazi?
No, there are much bigger scandals than her thighness leaving our brave men to die and then lying to the world about the reason they died.
Hillary should spend the remainder of her miserable life sobbing, shivering and cowering in a prison cell for many, many crimes.

That does appear to be the problem. With Sessions at DOJ it looks like we have a two tier justice system.

I dont think its a battle Trump would want to pick. If it comes up he might take a poke, but there just way too many other issues pressing that affect the future
the looting of Libya and Benghazi assassination to silence Stevens is ancient history

I don’t think they serve Chilean Sea Bass, Lobster Thermadore or Wagyu Steak in prison.

1. “Dr. Morsi sent us..!”
2. Guards OPENED the gate for the attackers
3. Some reports had members of the local security detail PARTICIPATING in the attack
4. Why was the body of the Ambassador taken to a hospital widely KNOWN in Benghazi as one controlled by Al Qaeda..?
5. The fact that the attackers aparently KNEW Stevens would be in Benghazi —did that have anything to do with the AWAN BROTHERS...? With Hillary’s email practices..?
6. US forces WERE within response range; Sigonella, etc.
7. Even 24 hours AFTER the attack had ended, the C-130 sent to evacuate US personnel was STILL not American; it was Libyan
8. Why was it SO important to the US administration that ANY armed response to the attack originate from INSIDE of Libya and NOT come from the outside..?
9. WHERE was the President that night..???

On 60 Minutes, after the elction, he said she would not be prosecuted.

Sessions is too busy “fixing” college basketball before he can do anything else.

The president can get it reopened if he wants to.

She’s an absolutely perfect storm of crime. From `74 to over forty years later, she’s been breaking laws with impunity. She’s a crime machine.
Like `Curly,’ Huma asks Hillary if she’s broken any laws on a given day, and Hills replies, “Day ain’t over yet.” I find the fact that she’s still loose to be astonishing.

If she'd a just shut up and went away and drank her wine and played with her grand babies and walked her dog and just shut the hell up - maybe no one would be still talking about her past criminalities.
I said maybe.

"On 60 Minutes, after the election, he said she would not be prosecuted."
He made that statement with the implicit understanding that she now leave politics. She apparently did not 'get' it or chose to ignore the message he sent.
Hillary is now actively sabotaging him in every manner possible in advance of her run in 2020. And yes, she is running; by her calculation only 100,000 more stolen votes in several states would have made her president. She knows that she has been also granted total immunity from her various crimes by the left-wing press and news organizations and many Republicans as well. Any challengers for the nomination in 2020 will meet unfortunate ends.
I believe Trump has the street smarts to realize that he is now free to prosecute her to the fullest extent of the law for both his self-interest and that of the nation's.
To: KamperKen
He would really prosecute someone he gave milluons to?
I don’t think there was an understanding she would give up politics? No, Clinton would ever do it.
