My better half and I and another couple went to Six Flags on a Friday night in the fall years ago. We were amazed at all the kids jumping the lines. As if they had not had any manners taught to them. They looked just like the one pictured.
We learned pretty quick ya don't say anything.
This is a problem due to no dad in the home.

As to the 18 year-old: Why was bail so low, why was he allowed to post only 10% of it, and why was he not charged with any crimes specific to attacking a child? I would think the police / DA could do better than that if they chose to. If the 18 year-old and any others charged as adults beat a 12 year-old like that they should get a significant number of years in prison in my opinion
