Boston 25 News has obtained exclusive photos from police sources showing the guns used during a massacre in Las Vegas that claimed the lives of 59 people and wounded 527 Sunday night.

Boston 25s Jacqui Henrich obtained the photos early Tuesday morning, and they clearly show the gun on the floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel room, and also shows numerous rounds of ammunition.
“Slide Fire bump stock”
I think you’re right. Not just the space between the stock but that looks like the nob on the bottom of the grip that lets you switch from semi to full. You just pull it out and twist, either locking the stock or allowing it to slide back-and-forth.
I speculated as to that the other night. I’ve got one on an AK. Perfectly legal.
Hmmm...they probably got it so that more Bostonians could vote for more gun control or better yet, a total ban on all firearms.
Before the massacre, other news sources claim complaints had already been filed with Mandolay Bay against that FOURTH floor strobe-like flashing, that was unrelated to the shooting.
It was described in those reports to be a strobe light.
I can convince myself that a lot of the weirdness I hear in many of the different videos is due to echoes, reverberations, bad mics, low quality audio, etc.
But I have a hard time listening to that :03 second burst, the :45 second burst, and that 1:09 burst, and convincing myself that those came from the same general location.
Two different caliber long guns, even if they were 50 feet apart and facing slightly different directions, shouldn’t sound that different.
He filmed himself during the rampage:

Guess he wanted to make sure he got ‘credit.’
Some people have said that, immediately after the burst at the :03 second mark, you can here fire from another gun in the distance. I think that sound is much more likely just the echo of the “close” shots you can hear at :03.
The burst at the :45 second mark sound, to me, to be in a different location than the :03 burst.
That difference is highlighted when you hear the “close” shots again at 1:09.
Okay, don’t have much knowledge of these things and I don’t watch forensics dramas on tv, but... if blood is coming out of the mouth, doesn’t that mean the lungs were perforated? Does one commit suicide by shooting oneself in the chest?
I don’t know, but I think it is a good question.
He might have had suppressors on one or two of the weapons. Might the difference in caliber produce a variance as well?
He had 23 different rifles, according to the Daily Mail.
I’m no Photoshop expert but after zooming in on the revolver it appears like the photo has been doctored.
No sign of a hammer on the revolver and where the cylinder meets the barrel just doesn’t look right, as though the pixels were smudged.
I’ll let our Photoshop experts chime in.
I know there are hammerless revolvers but something about this one just doesn’t look right.
The Las Vegas airport is just a couple blocks away. He could have come in on approach, veered left and been done before anyone even noticed.
Just as much terrorism as this. This whole thing is just weird.
Paul Ryan is calling for more mental health funding. I haven’t heard that this guy had any specific mental health issues known in his past.
Unlike most of the mass murdering scum like that punk at the theatre and the scum in Sandy Hook (Don’t know their names and wouldn’t use them if I did) this guy didn’t seem to have any pathologies or people thinking he had problems.
That’s interesting. I’ll see if I can track that down. The angle on the 4th floor seems too low for that distance, anyway.
If you think that is bad, you should see him now burning in hell.
Yes. I understand, but one of the two guns shown is a semi-auto DDM4 with the standard, factory DD stock, and an attached bi-pod (it is 5.56mm, too). Up to 4 DD rifles were found on location.
Any “civilian” DDM4 would be modded from its original semiauto function in order to fire full auto, unless he went to some real trouble and paid out some heavy cash. But they do make full auto versions (they supply for military).
DD is a solid, America-first company. This is a real FU to them as this could get them very unfair attention.
New photos from the room here, including perp’s body.
He looks to have on a black glove.

Yeah, and it looks like that festival was in a pretty open area, so crashing a plane into it seems viable.
Maybe he wanted people to know it wasn’t an accident. Maybe using guns was part of his point.
People have been calling this terrorism, but to me, terrorism is always about a cause — maybe political, maybe religious, maybe religious, whatever. The Batman theater shooter was just a psycho. Although what he did was terrifying and terrible, it wasn’t actually terrorism.
Maybe this guy was just a psycho too and the voices in his head told him to mow down a bunch of people with guns. Who knows?
My thoughts exactly. Having the gun in his hand, wouldn’t it be near the body & arm? Yet in this photo it shows way above his head & at an angle.
Also, why is part of that pool of blood behind his head looks dried and some look fresh on the carpet?

The two shooting windows were on different planes. The room was on the end of a narrow tower. Gun angles were different. You are hearing shots coming more in your direction and then shots going less in your direction. And shots more on the side of a building facing you and shots on a side of a building more facing away from you.
