Tropical Storm Nate is expected to strengthen into a hurricane and strike the Gulf Coast on Sunday, forecasters said Thursday.

Though the storm is only a few days away from an expected landfall in the United States, its probable path was still unclear, and the authorities cautioned that in the United States, residents anywhere from Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle could be at risk. Tropical storm-force winds were expected along the Gulf Coast beginning sometime on Saturday.

What odds on another “field of flooded buses” mistake by NO’s city government?

You mean the Yellow Submarines?

Yup, Ray Nagin’s Navy.

They’re concerned so much about indoctrination that they forgot about disaster response.

It will be another political Hurricane that the left will want mass destruction and casualties to pull a Katrina on President Trump and pawn glow-BULL warming.

I believe that was called the “Mayor Nagin Motor Pool” during the days of Katrina. I guess those days have never left as damage remains....

I once hit the Gulf area like a hurricane, but I only got one day’s coverage and did little actual damage.

Latest Forecast Discussion by NHC says that Nate could be Hurricane before hitting Yucatan Peninsula.

That would not be good as there is much open water for it to traverse before landfall in the Northern Gulf. And this water is still very, very warm.

Yes, you Truth Deniers are going to have hissy fits wrongly claiming, yet again, that this hurricane has anything to do with Global Warming.

There are certain facts that are well established.

Warming air will hold more moisture
The warming ocean will evaporate more moisture.
Evaporation and condensation transfers heat energy from the ocean to the atmosphere.

So, the corollary to your postulation is simply that if the weather is hotter, there will be more hurricanes. Except we didn’t see that in the “HOTTEST DAYS ON RECORD!!!”.

Now, you have, over and over, dodged the questions I’ve asked. I’m going to ask you a simple one.

We have 139 years of weather data to look back on.

We have 4.5 billion years of the Earth being in existence, give or take.

How do we know what the proper temperature is supposed to be, especially since there is proof that the temperature was as much as 7 degrees warmer on average in the past in areas that the AGW cultists claim would be underwater with just a 1/2 degree warming?

Really, what is the “right” temperature? It’s like looking at the trillions and trillions of stars and saying “Since I’ve never seen an alien, there couldn’t possibly be aliens”

If, as you say, you have all the answers, why are you asking me?

You should publish your thesis.

I wouldn’t be able to get it published because, as we saw with the lie of 97% of scientists agree BS (we can’t even get 97% of people to believe that the Earth is round), it wasn’t 97% of scientist agreeing, but actually, 97% of scientific articles published about the subject agreed.

As for me publishing, I’m still going to ask you again to answer just one question or shut up. One or the other. You are such a coward you can’t even answer one. I’ve asked you at least half a dozen questions over the last few days, and probably closer to a dozen (don’t want to go say a dozen and have you count and come back and say “See, it was only 11, so I’m not going to answer”) and all you’ve done is run from them.

Stop being a cultist and stand up for yourself, you coward. I’ve asked you over and over and over again, question after question after question and you refuse to answer anything but have the audacity to call me names?

Stand up and answer 1 of the questions I’ve proposed. Give me just one answer. Are you that scared that your cult is so paper thin that you can’t answer one? Or are you just the gutless coward you’ve been pegged as?
