Therein lies the answer.
Even if Trump did this...so what.
Let Iowa, and Oklahoma follow the rules as written. If it hurts them....Oh well. Shouldn’t have voted for a democRAT.
Didn’t Obummer tell his lackeys to deny the nuns their obvious need for a waiver from having to buy birth control and abortion services?
Correct me if i’m wrong, weren’t all Muslims given a waiver?
I seem to remember that.
That waiver request was being pushed by Iowa's Republican governor, Kim Reynolds, who in an Aug. 21 letter to Verma's then boss, Dr. Tom Price, said, "We face an immediate collapsing [individual insurance] market that could leave thousands without health insurance and the rest with 56 [percent] or higher premium rate increases."
Let's begin by reviewing what we do know about the ACA (Obamacare)
It was written to be incomprehensible.
It was passed without a single Republican vote.
It was never completed.
It has never been changed.
It's sole author was Jonathan Gruber.
I was not read by a single member of the Congress that passed it 2010.
It was not read by Barack when he signed it into law in 2010.
Its 1332 waiver provisions does not apply either to still valid Medicare or Medicaid programs.
The Democrat Party still "owns it" in total.
Pre-2010 employer provided health insurance have disappeared in total, hence you can't "keep it."
Your pre-2010 Doctor of choice can no longer provide service, hence you can't keep him/her.
The mess that resulted can no longer be considered financially viable.
The GOPe are like deeer in the headlights.
The GOPe has not even attempted to replace the mess.
All those responsible have not been prosecuted for fraud nor even censured for incompetence.
So what's this 1332 "waiver request" crap all about?
Incidentally, the token black "minor" standing next to Barack when he signed the ADA into law must be a legal adult by now.
Inquiring minds might wonder today... is he still a free man?
When was the 'Single Payer' Law Passed?
I seem to have missed the event.
I was sure that damned pen and phone would get the Magic Negro in 'Unconstitutional trouble...
-H.L. Mencken (1938)
Great quote.
