So, if you act crazy enough as a murderer, you AREN’T a murderer....
Ok...
Crazy, but guilty. Fry at will.
Well he’s an orphan !
A person that crazy should be locked up for life or executed because they are a very real danger.
Put him on a plane or slow boat back to his homeland.
Fine. Deport him.
Well if he felt like it, that settles the matter then. Gotta go with your feelings, after all
Evil on the level of Hannibal Lecter, in real life.
Day-Dreamer?
One must be competent to stand trial.
Mad dogs used to be shot on sight in this country.

If someone is so insane as to be capable of, and perform, such an act. Then yes, execute them. Promptly.
‘In a 911 call, he told a dispatcher that he had stabbed his mother about eight times because he “felt like it.”’
Mother Stabbers always count.
They never say, ‘I have no idea how many times I stabbed mommy. ‘
It’s always a specific number and they can tell you the exact number.
This kid is never going to be safe or sane enough to set free. They should send him back to the Honduras to jail, hospitalize, or otherwise support for the next sixty years.
But these "mental health professionals" are the same dumbasses that don't know the difference between a boy and a girl.
I have a pretty high threshold for this sort of thing.

A murder doesn’t change to something else. One human took the life of another. One person was robbed of life. One person here deserves the most compassion. The perp’s comes in second, always in a murder case.
As for a justified killing, that really isn’t murder, so I stick with the “always” above.
19 years old, he knows what he did and it wasn’t ok.
If he’s going to psych hospital he will have opportunities to harm others.
I REALLY HOPE that this isn’t yet another case where prosecutors refuse to prosecute because a felony means deportation.
If that is the case, we need to have the US Justice Department take over the prosecution, so that we can punish and then deport.
Wife: No one new how old he was he was tiny, he looked to me to be in his early twenties. A year after I graduated, the "refugee"had ambushed a student and murdered him. Butchered him.
If that's the case, American taxpayers should not be liable for his incarceration in a mental hospital. Send him back to Honduras and let the taxpayers there pay for his treatment.
