Radnor Township Board of Commissioners President Philip Ahr was charged Wednesday with numerous counts related to the possession and distribution of child pornography, including images of infants, prosecutors announced late Wednesday morning.
According to a press release from the office of District Attorney, Ahr is facing “possession and distribution charges for images that depict children as infants engaged in sex acts with adults.”

Former Radnor Township Commissioners President Bill Spingler was sentenced Thursday to two years probation for allegedly groping an 103-year-old woman during visits to her Wayne nursing home.
No one is old enough or young enough to be safe from the sexual predators in the Radnor government.
And this is on the “Main Line” a very tony area of the Philadelphia suburbs. Lots of old money out there.
