I wish that for once when, when she trips and falls while drunk, she would sustain a major head injury. Heck, it might improve things for her mentally.

There's no reason for her to stop lying, really. The sort of people who credit her lies are the sort who like her for what she is, namely, a champion of sodomy and baby-killing, and they don't really care; they consider it a part of her persona. The sort who care are the sort she doesn't care about and whose opinions mean absolutely nothing to her.
