President Trump has remained very quiet about this. Why?

There is so much “uncovered” criminal activity about Hillary and yet she walks freely and proudly anywhere she wants. Why is she NOT in jail?

I wonder if any of this uranium went to North Korea or maybe Iran?

I don’t assume Sessions is asleep at the switch. I don’t know whether he has affirmatively decided not to prosecute anyone or anything Clinton-connected, though I tend to suspect he has reached that conclusion. After all, everyone else in the government has.

However, I think that the scope of the corruption is so significantly beyond what Sessions can comprehend, encapsulate, define, whatever word or words you’d want to use. It’s as if he’s a local prosecutor, he arrests and starts to go after a street drug dealer, and rapidly finds himself staring down the barrels of 75 automatic weapons wielded by top killers from a Colombian drug cartel. Frankly, I think he is completely overwhelmed by the scope and breadth of what is becoming more and more apparent. He doesn’t know whether to charge with espionage, bribery, money laundering, or overdue library books. I’m being serious. The top of his head is blown off with the size of what’s been stirred up with these Clintons and their reach. The same could probably be said about the Awan affair. One or two of them might well go to jail for a significant term after a 2.5 year trial, but it will be for bank fraud, not espionage, not mishandling classified materials.

How can there be a statute of limitations on treason?

Not sure about how many crimes have expired, but the wiretapping is still fresh. I am not hopeful anymore that anything will be done though. Trump himself doesn't have the heart to do it apparently. I really didn't want to believe this when I first saw it.

“I don’t want to hurt the Clintons, I really don’t,” Mr. Trump said in an interview with the New York Times. “She went through a lot and suffered greatly in many different ways.” He also said the Clinton Foundation has done “good work.”

I would have to say that one will lead to the other. As an ex Army crypto tech, the espionage thing has to be adjudicated for nothing else but to put a stamp on that kind of activity. Manning getting that information out of that comm center was not the act of a single actor. Get the witch on something that will totally destroy any reasonable credibility and the rest of them are easily sold to stack onto the legacy because this thing with the uranium will be a terminal seclusion game for her and the rest of the Obama gang.

As for manning, if they can find someone who conspired to help him, his pardon does not include any conspiracy as it always assumed he was a single actor.

Another MAJOR critical reason for sentencing the lot of them for very long prison terms for treason. What outrageous and horrific destructiveness to the Republic and her people.

What off the wall idiocy that it hasn't resulted in prison terms for the lot of them already.

Lord God, Yehovah, you are our only hope. Please clean out the swamp of at least the senior 3 tiers of the leaders, Please, in Jesus' Name.

Is Jeff Sessions going to skip prosecuting this crime too?

I kind of disagree on the uranium thing. Believe it or not, I’m not convinced that it was more than a stock trade. The Russians purportedly acquired control of 20% of the Uranium One company which supplies US with most of its uranium. But I do not know nor pretend to know whether that ownership gives the Russians rights to any physical uranium. You don’t get free post-it notes and furnace filters if you buy 3M stock. I’m just saying I don’t know if there are any rights granted to physical ore. The natural follow up question would be “then why did they do it?” and I don’t have that answer, either. It may be a colossal money laundering scheme.

I’m also not as hopeful nor optimistic that anyone, anywhere, is going to be charged with espionage. In ten years, we will tell stories about how it was. In 7 years, the Awans will be getting out of jail having served 3 years for bank fraud but having never even been charged for espionage. I strongly believe that there is no charging nor prosecuting authority within the government that will bring espionage charges....against *anyone*. The implications are simply too vast. You’re free to disagree of course; I honestly hope I’m wrong.

I think Trump may have made those statements knowing that at a later date, the Clintons will be prosecuted, and did not want it to appear that it is a personal vendetta against The Beast.

"Is Jeff Sessions going to skip prosecuting this crime too?"

He's been part of the establishment for quite a while. Now it's time for him to choose sides!
