Former Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush have voiced concern about the current political climate in the US, in comments seen as a veiled rebuke of Donald Trump's leadership.
Mr. Obama urged Americans to reject the politics of "division" and "fear", while Mr. Bush criticized "bullying and prejudice" in public life.
They were speaking separately. Neither mentioned President Trump by name.......

Was never a fan of W’s self named “compassionate” conservative. As if conservatives aren’t compassionate and he felt the need to distance himself from his base.

President Bush made the critical mistake of spending political capital he did not have. His conservative supporters watched him sit quietly by while Obama belittled everything we stood for. President Bush never stood up for us for eight long years, yet we continued to defend him because we believed that, deep down, he was "one of us." Yes, we had our doubts, but as Carl Rove once said, "Where else are they going to go?"
Because of this, President Bush assumed we would follow wherever he led. He didn't realize that his silence during the Obama years took a toll on our respect for him.
And we all know what happens when we assume.

I think I’ve heard all my life that “God is Love” and yet these political elite folks who claim to be on the side of “God” and “Love” each in their own little Democrat and Republican ways look like frauds.
As far as conservative minded people out there, the libertarians, social issues religious people, all those inclined to believe in some sort of divinity or higher being, may they place their faith in ‘GOD’ instead of ‘GOP’.
I hope the folks on the “Left” wake up to see the frauds that the Democrats are when it comes to average working people. They sold out to big business and big banks.
