If Trump Is Impeached or Convicted, the Russia Dossier Was Worth the Money, Ex-Clinton Spokesperson
Newsweek ^ | October 25, 2017 | By Greg Price

If it helps Special Counsel Robert Mueller bring down President Donald Trump, the Russian dossier that laid out allegations of misdeeds by the billionaire—including one particularly salacious claim that led to the document being nicknamed the “pee tape“ dossier—was well worth the money, according to Hillary Clinton’s former campaign press secretary.

Brian Fallon, currently a CNN contributor and an adviser to the progressive group Priorities USA, spoke out on Twitter Tuesday night after The Washington Post reported that Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee had paid the firm Fusion GPS to do the opposition research on Trump that led to the dossier being compiled.

Furthermore, Fallon said he would have helped Christopher Steele, the former British spy hired by Fusion GPS, to do the research and compile the potentially damning information.

Fallon stated that if he knew about the dossier prior to Election Day last year, he would have tried to get permission from the former Clinton campaign managers, Robby Mook and John Podesta, to act like like former FBI Director James Comey and read its contents aloud at a press conference—seemingly a reference to Comey’s decision to announce both the closing and reopening of the federal investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server.

Wow! Did the new DNC leadership, like rats jumping from a sinking ship, just abandon the Clintons and the old DNC?

"The Democratic National Committee claims its "new leadership" had nothing to do with the funding of the so-called "Trump dossier," after it was reported Tuesday that the firm behind it was hired by DNC lawyer Mark Elias and Hillary Clinton's campaign."

"Tom Perez and the new leadership of the DNC were not involved in the decision-making regarding Fusion GPS, nor were they aware that Perkins Coie was working with the organization," said DNC Communications Director Xochitl Hinojosa in statement, referring to the DNC chairman.

I don’t believe for a single solitary moment that any Dem will face consequences for what they did. Sorry to be so cynical, but it’s with very good reason.

“And they are boasting proudly about this??”

The attitude comes from doubling down ad infinitum.

Someone is advising Big Media that there will be no consequences for any of the crimes.

He's signaling to the media how the story should be spun.

Remember when Hillary (right after the Monica Lewinsky scandal became public) claimed it was a "vast right-wing conspiracy"? That was ludicrous but gave the media their marching orders.

The old advice on The Big Lie was — “If you repeat it often enough, people will eventually believe it.”

Now we’re in a phase where everyone knows it’s a lie. The Democrats did this. Not Trump. It’s out there. And the Media is still trying to repeat the old Lie often enough so that people believe them.

The media is arrogant. The media is also stupid. People are on to them.

Hell, Big Media isn’t even covering or reporting on the Clinton/Uranium scandal.

So how can there be consequences to what they deem a “non-event”?

They have their talking points I watched CNN today, they said the democrats would have been “negligent” not to pay for this opposition research.

So now colluding with the Russians during the election is good?

They kept saying things like: “It doesn’t change the fact Jeff Sessions met twice with the Russian ambassador during the election”.

It also doesn’t change the fact the sky is blue now let’s get back to the real story.

To paraphrase a liberal scumbag, I guess all Hilary’s mouth was good for was to hold Vladimir Putin’s money.

I would contend the media knows we are stupid in their arrogance. Arrogance trumps intelligence, every time it is tried.
