A federal court has blocked President Trump in part from changing the military's transgender policy as a case against his ban works its way in court.
A judge in the U.S. district court for D.C. ruled Monday that Trump's directive changing the transgender policy back to what it was before June 2016 and banning new transgender recruits from enlisting cannot be enforced while the case works it way through the court.
However, the judge denied the plaintiff's motion to block the ban on funds for gender reassignment surgery.

The military is not a social society nor is it even civilian by definition?! There’s no rationale for blocking this - transgenders are hormone infused and, by definition, chemically unbalanced let alone the psychological issues.
The judge is an idiot and this is, once again, another political judgement where the law or even the intent of the law is ignored in favor o the desired outcome. This judge and his ilk are single handedly continuing to destroy this country

or ‘No’ the military cannot refuse to pay for trans surgery?
So Obama can lift a ban on transgendered in 2016 but Trump can’t reinstate the ban in 2017.
Just assign all the trannies to the motor pool.

Funny thing... When I was recruiting in the mid 80s, an applicant could be rejected for having an undescended testicle.

Here we go again - courts legislating from the bench. IS CONGRESS every going to stand up and stop this? They already have the power (except on SCOTUS) and yet their hatred of Trump is so strong they refuse to act on ANYTHING!!!
